- The championship bout between two southpaws pits Jamel Herring (1-0) of Coram, New York against Michael Larrimore (3-1) of Dayton, Ohio.
- Larrimore replaced originally announced Nate Maness, who suffered an injury in training.
The title was most recently held by Justin Ibarrola, who vacated the strap and fought at MF Duel 2 in March.

- Former WBO super featherweight champion Herring, 40, made his successful BKFC debut in January, scoring a decision over Matt Guymon.
- Larrimore, 28, returns to the ring after stopping Samuel Samples in the first round last May.
The co-main event is a light heavyweight bout between Cody Vidal (3-1-1) of Temecula, CA and Jomi Escoboza (10-2) of Tamarac, FL.
- Vidal, 37, is coming off two stoppage victories last year over David Simpson and Maurice Horne.
- Escoboza, 35, won his previous bout last May by third-round TKO against Jay Jackson.
