The scheduled for three rounds contest didn’t go the full distance. The native of Hakha, Myanmar knocked his Brazilian opponent down with a series of punches and knees, and finished with the strikes on the ground. Referee Mark Smith called it a day at 4 minutes and 31 seconds into the second round.
With the victory by TKO, Joshua Van improved to 10-1 and secured his eighth win in a row. Felipe Bunes dropped to 13-7, which snapped his two-fight winning streak.
